Terms and Conditions
- All the terms and conditions of our repair "Agreement" shall be applied to all the services we provide to repair and fix your smartphones, computers, laptops, Chromebooks, gaming consoles, e-gadgets, and/or any accessories or on all the devices in the service check-in form.
- The references in our terms and conditions, such as "we", "us," and "our," will address Doctor Mobile Profix and the references such as "you" and "your" refer to the respected customers that we addressed in this form.
All Repair Services (unless mentioned otherwise)
- From the day you sign the service check-in form, the Agreement will commence until we have fixed your device or otherwise returned it to you, whichever takes place first, and settled any dues payable by you.
- We will do our best to repair your device, depending on parts availability and any applicable warranty. Our technicians will carry out all the services with care and expertise.
- We use OEM (considerable genuine) parts when available and high-quality after-market replacement parts while fixing your device.
- We require a password for your device to run thorough tests when booking a device for repair at our store before and after the repair service. If your device is not testable at the time, we will not be responsible for any fault found during the process or later. You can refuse to provide a passcode for your device; we will proceed with the repair as it is, but that way, we won't be able to test the device properly and will have to wait for you to revisit the store to perform a fully functional check on the device's functionality. It can delay the repair process if any adjustment or further assessment is needed.
- It must be established that the time estimation we provide you to repair your device is just an approximate timeline; it does not bind us to any obligation as the repair time may vary based on the availability of the parts or complexity of the repair process, such as the Board level repairs (motherboard repair can take up to five working days to repair fully).
- In case we are not able to repair your device on time for any reason or find further issues during the repair process that may cost you more than the initial estimation, we will notify you immediately via phone or email and ask for your approval. If we do not find any issue or you do not approve the further process, and you want your device back unrepaired, we will return it, but we reserve the right to charge you standard fees and diagnostic charges based on the service.
- For proper diagnostics and repair, we may need to disassemble the device, and due to the existing damage, if it causes any further damage to the device, Doctor Mobile Profix will not be held responsible for covering any damage cost or replacement parts in any circumstances even if the device becomes beyond repair.
- The repair cost for any service will be calculated based on our current standard charges (we update our prices from time to time).
- We offer free diagnostics for cell phones and tablets, but we charge diagnostic fees for desktops, computers, and laptops.
- Our staff will notify you to collect your device from our store after our experts have repaired it, and if you do not collect your device from our service centre, we will send it to our central storage warehouse. We charge for all the deliveries from our warehouse. If needed, we will send a reminder, and the device will be recycled if not collected within 30 days.
- We reserve the right to keep your device until you clear all the dues. Additional fees may be applicable for your device's storage.
- The manufacturer's warranty on your device may be void when using our repair services. You can take your device directly to the manufacturer to avoid this case, but they will not cover accidental damage claims.
- Experts at Doctor Mobile Profix will apply warranty seals after the repair. If these seals are tampered with, the warranty will no longer be valid.
- The warranty terms that cover our repair services and products are listed below in the table:

- The mentioned warranty is linked to a specific device identified (via its unique IMEI or serial number) and the original customer (as per our records). It covers only the repaired/replaced part and the original fault. Any new faults, accidental damage, or ownership changes are not covered.
- Doctor Mobile Profix applies warranty seals after all repair services. When a device is returned for a warranty repair, we will verify the seals. If they are missing or tampered with, the warranty may be voided.
- Additional costs of travel, postage, or courier are not covered in our warranty repairs.
- We are not responsible for further damage during the repair if your device was previously repaired elsewhere. If we find hidden issues after opening the device (e.g., "Touch Disease," ripped flex), we will contact you via phone or email to inform you and seek your approval.
- In cases of liquid damage repair, we will not take any responsibility if it causes further damage while repairing, as opening the device after water exposure may lead to more damage and can cause irreparable damage to internal components.
- We recommend monitoring your device after liquid damage repair, as unexpected issues may develop after repair that may be out of our control.
- We will re-assess your device and provide a new quotation if your device experiences new liquid damage-related issues during the warranty period after liquid damage repair services.
- We cannot guarantee waterproofing or water resistance of your device after repair.
- When you visit our store to collect your device after repair services, we advise you to check the issue it got repaired for before you accept it as repaired, and if you still face issues with its functionality for the repair service you got, please consult the team member present at our store.
- When replacement parts are needed to repair your device, full payment is required before we order the required parts, and the service is non-refundable.
- You can use one discount per purchase, depending on management approval. Be sure to apply it at checkout.
- Customers are entitled and responsible for packing their devices safely and sending them to us securely via the courier service provider. We will provide safe packaging on the return after we repair your devices and send them back to you.
Liability

Our liability for any claim related to this Agreement (whether for breach of contract, tort, including negligence, statute or otherwise at all) is limited to one of the following options at our discretion:
- Re-providing the service
- Covering the cost of re-providing the service
- Refunding your payment in exchange for returning your device to a similar condition as received
- While repairing your device, if your device gets damaged beyond inexpensive repair as a direct result of our repair or service, we will compensate you in the form of a fully functional refurbished device equivalent to the value of your device based on its condition and value at the time we received it. To receive the replacement, full payment for the repair must be made beforehand, and Doctor Mobile Profix will keep the damaged device. The replacement may take up to 10 working days, though we will make every effort to deliver the replacement sooner.
- It is solely your responsibility for any data, files or apps that are essential to you and stored on your device. It is highly recommended that you keep a backup of your data before submitting your device for repair. In case of any data loss during repair, we will not take any responsibility.
- In the rare event that your device is lost or stolen while in the care of Doctor Mobile Profix, we will notify you right away and provide a like-for-like replacement within a reasonable timeframe. If the exact model is unavailable for reasons that are not under our control, we will offer an equivalent alternative with the same specifications and conditions.

The clause above does not limit or exclude our liability for:
- Death or personal injury resulting from our negligence
- If any term implied by statute is breached
- Any claim arising under the Consumer Protection Act
- Fraudulent misrepresentation
- We shall not be liable to you or anyone for any consequential, special, or indirect damages occurring out of or in connection with this Agreement, including lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, anticipated savings, goodwill, travel or transportation costs, or accessory damage.
- We are not liable for any claim under this Agreement. To make a claim, you must notify us in writing within three months of becoming aware, or when you reasonably should have been aware, of the issue.
- Our "Level 3 repair service" involves working directly on your device’s logic board. While we do our best, we can’t guarantee a fix. As it is a complex repair service, there is always a slight possibility that, in rare cases, the damage could worsen, making the device beyond economical repair (BER). If that happens, we’ll issue a full refund. Doctor Mobile Profix offers a one-month warranty on all of our Level 3 repair services.
Data Security
We collect your name, address, and other necessary details to inform you when your device is repaired and when it is ready to collect and offer after-sales support. If you’ve agreed to receive updates, we might also send you updates on new services and promotions. See our privacy notice for more on how we handle your data.
Overalls
- We will not be liable to you or anyone in case of delays or failures to fulfill our obligations under this Agreement if the factors behind are out of our control.
- If we allow delays or exceptions and don't enforce our rights under this Agreement, it does not mean that we’ve waived those rights under this Agreement or otherwise.
- This Agreement fully defines the rights and obligations between you and us (Doctor Mobile Profix) regarding its subject matter.
- Under no circumstances will any amendments, modifications, or additions to this Agreement be considered valid until agreed upon and signed by both parties in writing.
- If, in any case, a part or section of this Agreement is declared void or inapplicable, its removal will not affect the rest, and the rest of the Agreement will be applicable according to all of its terms.
- The laws of Canada will govern this Agreement.
Indemnification
You agree to protect and compensate Doctor Mobile Profix against any claims, proceedings, losses, damages, liabilities or expenses resulting out or in connection with these:
- Your use or misuse of any Services
- In a case of actual or alleged breach of this Agreement
- Alleged or direct violations of laws, rules and regulations
- Your negligence or intentional wrongdoing
- Any intentional or alleged violation of the rights or intellectual property of third parties
We have the right to take over the defense of any matter you must indemnify at your expense, and you agree to assist as needed.
Declaration
You confirm that you have read the full Agreement, understood it completely, and willingly accept the meaning and intent of this Agreement by signing our Service Consent. You confirm and agree on the condition of your device at check-in as it was inspected and detailed in our database. You agree that after the repair, when you collect your device, you will inspect the repair, and if there is still any issue regarding the repair, please get in touch with our representative at our store, and they will assist you.
